To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道依舊都係好好味的米線

好耐都冇去幫襯三哥米線，到依家非常記掛煳辣湯底的味道今日經過三哥米線正好平日午飯前的時間，人流唔算太多，所以很快有座位坐低食飯不用排隊，我好快決定要碗煳辣湯自選三餸米線(配餸豬肉、豬潤、金菇)土匪雞翼(細份3隻)和凍檸茶走甜一杯價錢和份量都很實惠，唔使好耐就齊曬食物講返煳辣湯自選三餸米線，佢個湯底依舊都係個種味道，以一間米線連鎖店黎講水準真係唔差。湯底唔會太鹹，而且碗野味道唔錯，可能我唔食得辣，所以叫左10小辣頂下少少癮凍檸茶茶底濃郁，用黎配米線好夾小食土匪雞好香口，啲肉外脆內嫩，外面孜然粉同芝麻的香味真係忍唔住一隻一隻唔停口咁食
