To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道依舊，景物全非

自從知道豚王搬鋪後就一直未能抽空來支持，今日正好哈佬喂之夜，決定來醫好肚再殺去蘭桂坊。不知道是否新店宣傳不足，到達時前面就只有兩台食客排隊，而且等了約十分鐘已經可以就坐。由於太想念黑王，二話不說便點好了，再另加泉蛋在等待的時間認真看了四周，的確環境是舒服許多，座位亦增多了。可能自己念舊，總是覺得和安里時夠地道，在對面燈柱排隊等位的時光也夠開心，不過人總要向前看吧黑王來了，沒有改變的仍然是這味兒，咬口的，暖暖的，還有嘴邊黑黑的不消十五分鐘就連湯也清光了，感謝師傅的認真製作
