To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道保持水準的連鎖台灣菜

雖然茶木是連鎖店，很多人都說連鎖店的出品沒有小店的好，但是我覺得茶木的質素永遠都保持水準。我最喜愛吃他的鹽酥雞，一定是熱的和脆脆的。另外也喜歡吃他的肉燥飯，香香的豬油味，味道十分適合我的口味。個人覺得牛肉麵還可以，不是說一定要吃的。這一次還點了一個新的限時撈麵，有一點麻辣的味道，卻不會十分辣，只是帶點麻麻的香口。還附送一個花膠雞湯，花膠雞湯是奶白色的， 十分入味，值得推介。我知道夜晚還有花膠雞窩，很適合冬天進用。另外這次亦點了熱的抹香珍珠奶茶，已經叫了少甜，但是還是有點過甜，珍珠亦沒有什麼咬口。個人認為茶木的飲品就不及出面的小店，但炸物、意粉、肉燥飯等等是真的好味。
