To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

黎到金飯館嗌左最出名既椒鹽豬扒炒飯，一上枱就聞都好香既炸蒜味，有少少辣似避風塘既感覺，豬扒啖啖肉而炒飯底又粒粒分明好夠鑊氣，不過份量好大所以食到最後有啲膩。見到呢個脆皮牛腩飯好似幾得意就嗌左黎試下，估唔到包住牛腩既脆皮充滿蛋香，配上好香既咸蛋黃醬幾有驚喜，不過都係食多幾啖就會開始覺得膩，尤其是配炒飯底，所以最後都食唔哂。見有唔少人推薦蝦油炒飯同燶邊蛋沙嗲牛飯，有機會都想黎試下，不過可能要搵日想食重口味野既時候再黎喇

見到呢個脆皮牛腩飯好似幾得意就嗌左黎試下，估唔到包住牛腩既脆皮充滿蛋香，配上好香既咸蛋黃醬幾有驚喜，不過都係食多幾啖就會開始覺得膩，尤其是配炒飯底，所以最後都食唔哂。


見有唔少人推薦蝦油炒飯同燶邊蛋沙嗲牛飯，有機會都想黎試下，不過可能要搵日想食重口味野既時候再黎喇
