午餐行過登龍街轉角,俾一間大玻璃窗既餐廳吸引,侍應上次介紹,是日午餐就此落腳。餐廳裝修四正,典型最近興起既吊燈水泥牆,向上一望招牌正正要90度向天花望。店內有一大火爐,即叫即焗,看罷令人飢腸轆轆,馬上點菜。沒有午餐,只送沙律或湯,對於打工仔黎講算貴。餐湯味道跟金寶沒兩樣,有點失望。和牛貝殼粉乃侍應推介,賣相都幾吸引。和牛共有五件,亦算大件。嚐一口貝殼粉,醬汁似是紅酒汁,偏濃味,口感不錯,外淋內裡還帶點硬身,跟意粉的al dente 相似。和牛件淋身,入口味濃無渣,有少少較肥位置令入口更香更滑身。[辣肉腸Pizza]雙色辣肉腸圍繞薄餅,中央是芝士,賣相不錯。辣腸鹹味夠而且不是濫用鹽製的鹹,帶肉腸香味。餅底夠脆,算夠薄。芝士夠多夠軟可拉開。[four cheese]芝士香氣十足,先聞到羊奶芝士香氣,餅底是脆,應該是芝士呈固體時,和餅底一口焗製,令餅底受熱夠和香脆,不至芝士把餅底弄軟。中午來講,每人消費$130,而食味份量和質量都有改進空間。
