To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 懶得煮就同屋企人出街食,原本見好似坐滿人,點知原來間鋪好大,唔使等位即入。叫咗個黑椒牛柳粒石頭鍋珍珠飯,同埋辣醬手撕雞飯。黑椒牛柳粒石頭鍋珍珠飯份量幾多,牛柳粒都有成七至八粒,不過唔係好腍,但亦未至於咬唔開,仲有啲青椒紅椒伴菜。反而個手撕雞幾好食,都算幾滑,份量又夠,仲有啲芽菜餸吓,個辣醬都唔算太辣,不過始終手撕雞好似配芝麻醬夾啲,配辣醬唔係好食到手撕雞味道。另外包餐飲,叫咗冷壓檸檬茶,冇乜特別,純粹係冇咗檸檬片嘅檸檬茶。
