戚起條筋想食素,咁啱行開灣仔,就嚟試下,佢樓下係另一間素食店,唔知會唔會有比較有傷害🤔1. 招牌絲蜜骨:猴頭菇沾啲炸醬炸咗佢,甜甜酸酸都幾開胃嘅,不過就無想像中咁特別。題外話,其實佢係無骨之類嘅硬嘢,應該叫咕嚕肉更貼切?2. 露筍花枝百合炒素翅:清炒但偏鹹,無乜特別。3. 竹笙羅漢齋炒麵:麵底炸到好脆,幾索汁,但個汁又係偏鹹,生粉水好似落多咗定唔匀,有啲係一pat生粉汁痴住啲菇😰4. 香草沙律醬燒雪魚:想像中嘅雪魚應該係好滑,不過只係諗下好啦😅呢個嘅texture同鮫魚差不多,而且偏鹹,要用碟旁嘅烚菜鄧返勻個味,沙律醬更加無香草味。咁究竟係咪有比較有傷害呢?答案係:未食過下面嗰間東方XXX🤣不過整體嚟講,呢間嘢偏鹹,應該都係no next time 👋🏻
