To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 點了： 美國安格斯牛扒定食，配凍檸檬茶 $69 + $3 & 龍蝦湯海鮮珍珠飯， 配熱飲 $59 + $0 柚子蜜糖雞翼 $11白酒煮蜆 $19味道： 牛扒好食，好淋，仲有肉汁。 珍珠米夠煙韌服務： 不得不說服務員應變超快，化解了一場家庭糾紛。話說，旁邊的家庭因為bb 倒瀉熱飲，碌親，bb媽咪(即老婆) 即刻好緊張，罰咗bb, 同埋鬧老公照顧不周，之後拿拿臨帶左bb去toilet抹手仔。 老公因為好委屈，所以都好嬲，都大大聲辯解，想追出去繼續爭論。店員即刻遞上紙巾，並同老公講，話老婆都系緊張BB, 最緊要BB無事，仲幫佢換過杯飲品，老公就下左啖氣。當老婆回來，店員又同樣向老婆關心BB系咪無事，所以老婆亦都下左啖氣。整家人就繼續有傾有講地用餐。
