山長水遠入黎元朗搵朋友, 去左呢度食佢地的絕代雙豬飯餐一碗老火冬瓜湯, 不過佢地好似無用豬肉煲, 唔係幾好飲一上碟飯, 就聞到一陣香氣, 首先係個燒豬頸肉, 好香, 又唔會煮到韌哂(我的確食過一d 煮到韌哂的豬頸肉), 而且燒得幾有味; 之後就係個燒腩肉, 佢最正就係夜晚食時都係咁脆皮, 就算係燒味店, 好多時夜市時都已經唔脆而令我最深刻的, 就係個肉碎, 佢唔同出面食到的款式, 佢呢款係家鄉式, 味道比較淡, 但係都有香味, 除左係我屋企, 我未試過係外面食到同樣味道的肉碎連埋凍飲都係$35, 合理
