To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很喜歡食日本菜, 但一來因疫情唔飛得, 二來又唔可以成日食很貴的日本菜, 最好就係去抵食的日本餐廳止止渴(笑).  久不久就想去黃大仙元氣, 因為近丫馬.  有時平平地食吓午後之選, 5件壽司+茶碗蒸+芝士薯條, 加埋一都係$55, 好味又抵食.  唔好講咁遠, 講翻今次食評吧!因為幾個星期無食啦, 今日點左多些食物, 蟹子沙律, 三文魚刺身, 軟殼蟹手卷(因為午後之選未夠鐘落單), 午後之選落左C餐.  講吓評語:1. 蟹子沙律份量足, 蟹子多, 味道唔錯, 但今次的蟹柳太少, 只有5-6絲, 唔啱比例. 2. 三文魚刺身有五件, 份量也足, 有三文魚味及唔係擺了很久溶晒那種感覺3. 軟殼蟹手卷, 今次的手卷都算大件, 飯及蟹都份量十足, 蟹糕豐富, 以前食過飯少蟹只有1/8隻咁少, 紫菜無苦味, 只是沙律醬份量略為少.4. 午後之選(即下午茶餐)C餐, 5件壽司有蟹肉蟹膏軍, 墨魚, 三文魚, 脆蒜長鰭吞拿魚, 辣味三文魚各一件, 今之的壽司飯做得很出色, 軟硬適中, 壽司醋味道剛好, 不太甜又不太酸, 最正係飯仍然帶點暖(今次係第二/三次食到咁好味的壽司飯), 至於材料除了三文魚

因為幾個星期無食啦, 今日點左多些食物, 蟹子沙律, 三文魚刺身, 軟殼蟹手卷(因為午後之選未夠鐘落單), 午後之選落左C餐.  講吓評語:
1. 蟹子沙律份量足, 蟹子多, 味道唔錯, 但今次的蟹柳太少, 只有5-6絲, 唔啱比例.

(今次係第二/三次食到咁好味的壽司飯), 至於材料除了三文魚比較薄, 其他都豐富好味, 至於軍艦的紫菜, 比以前有改善, 以前很多時是圍唔晒舊壽司飯的, 現在包住整個飯.  
5. 講吓芝士薯條, 係我一個必食的菜式, 薯條每次都係新鮮炸, 以前(好似係半年前)的薯條, 是有味(預先有加了味的coating的)的, 很懷念, 因為真心好食, 現在是原味薯條, 都唔錯, 只是沈了太多鹽, 略鹹, 而那個芝士醬, 唔知點調製, 很濃的芝士味, 食完成日掛住佢個味道.  
6. 茶碗蒸, 即是蒸蛋, 滑嘟嘟, 食咁多次都無失手
, 味道真心美味, 材料都足, 有二片魚糕(kamaboko), 蟹柳及蝦, 雖然是急凍蝦, 但有蝦味及都算幾大隻.
之前食過幾次都想寫吓食評, 因為覺得此間店真係有heart做食物.(其他店我唔知)

Other Info. : 對上二次去元氣, 茶碗蒸改了用魚卷而唔係魚糕, 覺得很難食(淋bat bat又無味), 最後那次跟店員講, 今次已作改善. 雖然唔知是因為當時無魚糕用魚卷代替或佢地真係聽意見就不得而知, 但最重要係有改善.
