To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋首先叫咗一個粉絲大蝦煲，裡面嘅粉絲多得驚人，又彈牙又入味。底下仲有肉餅，增添咗口感同豐富度，兩個人食嘅份量正好，好飽足。然後我哋仲叫咗一個沙嗲串燒，有豬、牛、雞串燒隔離，每一串都烤得恰到好處。重要嘅係，佢哋配上嘅沙嗲醬開胃，增加咗串燒嘅風味。食咗咁多肉，當然要食返啲菜。所以我哋叫咗一個炒菜苗，有得揀唔同嘅炒法，我哋就叫咗個泰式炒，少少辣味帶來一啲刺激，令味道更加惹味。飲品方面，我哋叫咗個芒果沙冰，芒果味道濃郁，甜甜地，特別適合夏天飲用。同時我哋亦都叫咗一個菊花特飲，菊花味道啱啱好，甜味唔會太重，清爽解渴。
