To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日難得返屯門同屋企人食飯,佢哋最後就去咗稻香食, 去到見到有唔少人都食豬手,所以今次我哋叫咗一個豬手,一個蒸魚同埋一個雜菜鍋,再加白飯粥同米粉,最後結將350多元,價錢都合理但最後失望 。不久蒸魚就嚟到, 冇諗過豉油唔算多,但係油太多所以味道比較淡和太油。豬手 分量都算多,有二隻,但一切開都係骨為主,很少肉,而下面嘅梅菜味道一般,所以整體其實係骨。最後什菜煲,冇乜味道而且花膠冇煮得好冧,所以都比較硬身整體只係屬一半。
