To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前成日喺路德圍嘅雲桂香食米線，覺得佢都幾好食，今日下晝3點幾行過，見佢無乜人，坐得又幾舒服，d位唔太迫，就入咗去。叫咗個中辣嘅腩肉蘿蔔米線，等咗一陣，好快有得食，睇個樣都應該幾好味，個湯紅紅底，覺得應該好惹味，先飲一啖湯，只有少少辣，又無酸味，又無鹹味，整體味道都好淡，講真都幾失望。米線好淋，不過都可以接受。腩肉就正常，份量就唔多，得幾片。最失望嘅係蘿蔔，一d都唔淋，因為佢好硬，所以都吸唔到d湯，入口好淡無味，絕對係叫唔好食。記得以前嘅雲桂香嘅米線，味道幾好，但噤耐無食，今次食返，真係有d失望。
