To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐要搭枱係平常嘅事，特別係喺譚仔三哥米線，成個商場都好多餐廳，偏偏呢間餐廳就坐滿人。十小辣過橋米線走芽菜，食得出工廠嘅味道，即是話好像某些酒樓在工場完成烹調，現場錄麵煮餸，所以不能說好食也不能說好食。記住仍然是坐滿人還要搭枱。土匪雞翼是熱辣辣的，儘管初初出場時的味道是濃厚，去到今時今日週街都是譚仔的時候，不其然又要再落單，熱辣辣入口已經贏曬。麻辣豬耳爽口咬口完勝，當然也是沒什麼驚喜，總算是令人飽肚的一餐，因為他是譚仔下次還是會再去
