To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午時段黎譚仔真係好多人，但好彩撞正啲人食完一輪，好快就入得。平時食開麻辣三小，今日想轉下口味就叫左碗蕃茄十小辣米線，餸揀左雞肉同魚腐。不嬲都好中意食蕃茄湯，但係譚仔食就真係第一次。蕃茄湯唔係好濃，但加左十小辣有帶出左蕃茄味，而且唔會太辣，食到蕃茄湯既酸甜。雞肉真係幾多，好似食極都有咁，而且對比我上次食啲肉好似冇咁乾。魚腐就一如既往咁好味啦，好彈牙。土匪雞翼每次都一定要食，雖然落左好多調味料好熱氣，但真係太好食喇，自己食一碟都唔夠。啲雞翼又大隻，咬落去好多肉汁。
