To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日的三點三,行完街就去試一試新開既牛角次男坊同女朋友想試好耐係門口唔算排得耐,等左一陣就入到需要係門口先揀好食咩,落單俾錢再安排入座咁我就揀左次男坊丼,女朋友揀左豚肉丼牛肉份量很多,牛味不算太濃,肉質不會很韌吃得出有燒烤過牛肉下有很多芽菜,偏油而且醬油偏咸整體來說尚可就女生而言,豚肉份量算頗多肉質很粗糙而且偏韌豚肉味不濃流心蛋正常蔥花份量適中伴飯一起吃一流但整體而言,不會再試很普通的豚肉丼,沒有太大驚喜未試過的,值得一試如果喜歡吃肉多過飯的朋友,相信應該很合適你們的口味但試過的就未必會再返轉頭了
