To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了一份蕃茄大蝦🍤天使麵，我驚不夠飽，配了餐湯同杯品，叫左杯凍檸水。（凍飲+$4）大概等左20分鐘左右，原本我見到已經整好，但因為無人手，所以無人包，白白要我喺度等，希望繁忙時間可以增加人手。但員工服態度係良好的。我係外賣，番到公司見到餐湯有餐包跟，幾好。但個包又凍又硬😣。餐湯份量偏少，但味道ok。意粉份量都ok，味道都尚可，無特別大驚喜。蝦都有3至4隻，比預期中多。凍檸水無特別。總括，我都會選擇再回頭，因為太近公司，方便我去買😆
