To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道差並要受氣的米線晚餐

我鍾意食米線，呢間米線是第一次令到我食兩啖就唔想食，最後盡量食咗三份二都要放低筷子。我今日喺希慎food Court呢間譚仔三哥米線買左個水煮湯底鴨血米線，啲米線好諧霎霎，又硬，個湯同鹽水冇分別得個咸字，鴨血更加是鹹到好似食鹹啫喱咁。我而家有一個感覺是以後都唔想再食米線。落單嗰陣仲要俾個收銀姐姐用超凌厲嘅眼神啤左我幾分鐘，同佢嘅態度同我欠咗佢冇分別，今日只可以用「貼錢買難受」來形容自己。
