To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前食過靠得住，記得它的粥底鮮甜有鮮味。今晚同hubby再試試。蝦球雞絲粥：有蝦球兩粒，有蝦味；雞肉味道不錯，但份量太少；粥底較為稀，成水狀，粥底無乜味道。肉丸粥：有肉丸五小粒，肉丸細粒得很，幸而有肉味爽口；粥底很水，無乜米味或魚湯味。灼芥蘭：菜唔係好嫰，蠔油好普通，無乜鮮味。灼牛栢葉：牛柏葉是黑色的，質地唔韌，雖有許多花生同蔥花，但完全無乜味道。可能是米芝蓮推介的關係，對這餐廳的預期水準有點落差，整體食味一般，感覺灑家，生記更為出色.
