To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都無接觸開齋菜,但因為有屋企人由外國返黎,想食下齋,結果就黎左依到食。京式燻鵝:外層軟,內層爽,口感好好。煙燻味亦恰到好處。田園寶盒(咖哩汁):咖哩好香,唔辣。外面係麵包,飽肚之選。紅燒素黃魚(五柳汁):酸酸甜甜,開胃的。而且裡面脆脆的,好吸引。粟米粥:因為有小朋友一起,所以點了個粟米粥。如果有多點粟米就好喇...欒樨餅:連菜名都未懂得讀,但係臨近佛誕先有得食的菜式。既然甘都遇上,就試一試啦。雖然賣相唔好,但食落又無乜特別。總括而言,這裡的齋菜對於平時不常吃齋的人來說,是非常能夠接受的。
