To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友行過太子，想搵間cafe食個晚飯順便傾吓計，見到路邊有間中國風味好重的餐廳，以為是飲茶的，但見門外餐牌寫的都是英文， 好奇就進去了首先點左個雜菌磨菇飯，個樣整得好靚，上邊仲有啲魚子做裝飾味道一流，值得再叫然後叫咗個芝士吞拿魚多士，芝士好厚，吞拿魚有魚味，睇得出廚師有用心烹調，亦都冇偷工減料最後叫咗個士多啤梨窩夫，外型整到好靚，個肚未飽眼睛就已經夠左同朋友喺度坐左好耐傾計，侍應都冇黑面，仲不停幫我地加水侍應個樣仲好似德國嘅體操王子希望下次黎會有啲新嘅Menu啦
