之前食過兩次,都係蜻蜓點水咁試一兩樣嘢,味道、份量都算OK。今次難得同朋友喺呢頭一齊睇完戲,諗住再嚟而且可以食得豐富啲。好可惜,今次嘅經驗令我好失望。我哋八點鐘坐低,唔夠10分鐘已經完成落單,嘩!竟然喺8點15分已經上第一道tapas:煎薯仔奄列(Chorizo Tortilla)。嘩!一睇個樣,我問個侍應:做乜個奄列煎到咁燶呀?佢好似借咗聾耳陳隻耳,當聽唔到即刻走開,我同D朋友再三確認原來真係無錯,心諗,唔通個奄列去完非洲再返嚟?味道?個心情即刻沉一沉啦,食落咪就係煎到過晒火嘅炒蛋囉,唯一嘅好處係香香哋熱辣辣,而裏面嘅薯仔只係白烚,傳統菜式上應該有西班牙腸,但我唔太覺得食到囉,整體上味道毫無特別,甚至可以話偏淡,就好似啲薯仔唔記得落鹽咁樣!!真實版係咁嘅:而餐牌理想版本係咁嘅,白淨靚仔幾多:跟住,係另一道tapas:蕃茄煮薯仔煎蛋(Patatas Bravas)。呢味嘢上枱嘅時候用個鐵pan仔裝住,喂!?唔夠熱嘅?暖暖哋咋喎,佢上菜上得咁快,感覺佢好似喺廚房一早煮定,只係裝落個鐵pan,然後加隻煎蛋就搞掂拎出嚟。味道?用返茄煮過酸酸地嘅薯仔粒,配一隻煎蛋,感覺上唔使咁貴出嚟食,自己屋

上次食過紅菜頭沙律(Beetroot Salad)好好味,而且又大碟,所以今次想食過返尋味,點知 ... 點解細碟咗咁多嘅?原本同餐牌份量差不多,今次同餐牌嘅份量就差好多! !慶幸嘅係,味道仍然同上次一樣,保持沙律汁甜甜酸酸嘅調味,有紅菜頭嘅清甜,冇菜彩頭嘅腥味。真實版本係咁嘅

好啦好啦,跟住終於到主菜出場,系一個接一個嘅失望
! !首先係燒雞,改咗一個好爆嘅名叫做霹靂燒春雞(Piri Piri Chicken),係之前食過嘅,上次覺得燒得隻雞好嫩滑好多汁,而且個醬汁嘅味道好特別,其實就好似大家去澳門旅行食嘅「非洲雞」。咁今次點呢?冇乜嘢,味道依舊,醬汁依舊,但隻雞啲肉冇上次咁嫩滑,而且,成餐飯都係同一個問題,一隻微暖嘅燒春雞係乜嘢玩法?因為係招牌菜,所以星期日多人幫襯就燒定晒擺喺度??咁大間餐廳,廚房咁缺人手咩?真實版本係咁嘅

跟住落嚟,係今次好想食嘅另一道招牌菜:燴海鮮盤(Seafood Cataplana)。唔好講笑,呢個海鮮盤上枱嘅時候,心情跌到落谷底!
嘩!咁混亂嘅?點解混亂成咁嘅?大雜燴嚟架?
你俾返餐牌幅相個樣嘅三份二我都好吖!論味道, OK嘅,只係覺得比較鹹啲,係用好香濃嘅海鮮濃湯煮成嘅海鮮盤,有麵包蟹、大蝦、青口、花甲。其實,麵包蟹都係好睇唔好食,因為蟹殼口,啲蟹肉又好鞋,如果有得揀,我寧願食花蟹,其實,如果係澳門食,好多餐廳都係用花蟹。大蝦唔係唔新鮮,只係唔爽,咁就夠失望啦!至於青口同花甲係最好食嘅,又肥美又鮮甜。好可惜,仍然係嗰個問題,成盤嘢上枱嘅時候又係暖暖哋咋,做乜喺香港食葡國菜唔可以熱辣辣架咩? ?嗱!現實版係咁混亂甚至可以話係核突嘅

好啦,到最後嘅焗鴨飯。去過澳門食葡餐嘅朋友應該無人唔識啦!係澳門食最有名嘅焗鴨飯,就知道鴨肉係藏喺底,飯面要焗到脆,接近飯焦咁,面頭再舖上幾片葡國香腸,焗左啲油出嚟,滲落啲飯度,咁就一流啦!咁呢度呢? ?飯面唔夠乾身,飯粒又碎又鬆散,即係啲飯粒係斷開哂,所以特別鬆散又碎,至於主角鴨肉,摷到落底,見到份量少之又少。真係覺得可以用唔合格來形容! !現實版係咁樣嘅

,勉強都算接近,但好明顯睇得出,現實版本根本未焗乾飯面,啲葡國香腸同啲鹹豬肉,都未焗夠,特別係塊鹹豬肉,好似未焗過一樣,so sad囉

今餐總括來講,真係失望一浪接一浪!點解廚房做嘢咁求求其其,完全對食物賣相毫無要求??
而且,俾人感覺上好似好多食物都係預先製作,搞到上枱嘅時候溫度只係喛暖,感覺真係好差! !
