To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於有新的餐牌，有3款午市套餐配有飲品，而加三蚊就可以轉凍飲。肥牛湯米粉，肥牛有雪味，唔新鮮，份量比較少，湯的味道較淡， 只有幾片肥牛。鰻魚珍珠米， 個碗好細， 份量又係好少， 鰻魚有骨，唔係靚鰻魚，唔肥美，醬汁唔夠。海鮮拿破崙意粉， 同平時喇沙嘅海鮮材料一模一樣， 魚塊尚算新鮮， 墨魚圈和蝦比較生，無味， 有好強烈的茄汁味， 沒有特別。忘記影相雖然檸檬茶有4片檸檬，但接受唔到的係杯檸檬茶又酸又苦。午市套餐會成日轉款
