睇到網上新聞介紹呢間將軍澳新餐廳,出於好奇心試下。坐低見到menu 得嗰幾款菜式已經想走,不過見佢試業中,咁就算啦。叫咗幾樣嘢,以下係感想同評價:1)明太子卡邦尼烏冬($128):兒童餐嘅份量可能仲多過佢!味道普通,似奶油忌廉湯烏冬仲多過卡邦尼,又水汪汪,一啲都唔卡邦尼,好失望。明太子醬係牙膏狀,一睇就知佢係即食枝裝明太子醬,連撈都唔幫你撈埋。2)照燒汁鵝肝鍋飯($168):飯好硬,只係得一塊仔鵝肝,唔夠撈,如果加隻溫泉蛋或者蒜片會好啲。見到其他食評有好大塊蘋果同好多蔥,點解我呢個咁無誠意?3)鹽燒和牛舌($72):味道ok,油蔥汁還可。4)鹽燒和牛橫隔膜($168):落單嘅時候仲諗住會唔會叫得太多,原來嚟到只有6-7塊細細塊牛肉,牛味都叫做濃郁嘅,個汁酸酸地,配塊牛同菜,都算清新。5)黑椒汁炸雞配熏醃白蘿蔔他他醬($88):表面炸到好乾不過裏面有肉汁,但係!佢極鹹!個醬有啲嘢古怪膠味,最後食咗一半放棄咗一半……服務:明明個餐廳坐唔夠3成滿,但啲侍應唔知點解,未食完都嚟問你收唔收得……全程都係咁,勁趕客……結論:No next time

1)明太子卡邦尼烏冬($128):兒童餐嘅份量可能仲多過佢!味道普通,似奶油忌廉湯烏冬仲多過卡邦尼,又水汪汪,一啲都唔卡邦尼,好失望。明太子醬係牙膏狀,一睇就知佢係即食枝裝明太子醬,連撈都唔幫你撈埋。

2)照燒汁鵝肝鍋飯($168):飯好硬,只係得一塊仔鵝肝,唔夠撈,如果加隻溫泉蛋或者蒜片會好啲。見到其他食評有好大塊蘋果同好多蔥,點解我呢個咁無誠意?

3)鹽燒和牛舌($72):味道ok,油蔥汁還可。

4)鹽燒和牛橫隔膜($168):落單嘅時候仲諗住會唔會叫得太多,原來嚟到只有6-7塊細細塊牛肉,牛味都叫做濃郁嘅,個汁酸酸地,配塊牛同菜,都算清新。
