To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在大快活買了一個外賣飯盒作晚餐,選了蒜香豬扒拼雞全翼飯和一杯咖啡。打開飯盒覺得賣相並不吸引,但原來吃過之後便知道味道不錯。最難得的是飯盒內有許多蔬菜,椰菜、青豆、紅蘿蔔條,全部煮得恰到好處,不會過熟或過硬。蒜香豬扒醃得入味,有咬口又不會韌。雞全翼竟有兩隻,份量不少。鹵雞翼雖然不是太滑,但味道討人。大快活的白飯也過得去,是一粒粒的。白飯加了醬油,突顯港式飯盒,不用餸也容易吃下,但個人卻喜歡不加醬油的飯用来配豬扒和雞翼吃,因已夠味了!$42 的一個飯盒加一杯飲品作晚餐確實便宜,怪不得快餐店常常也擠滿食客。
