To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

葵芳既雲桂香米線一直都係我心中最喜歡食既米線，差不多每星期六，諗唔到去食咩，就會去食依間米線，基本等於係我飯堂今次我食豬大腸(鹵水)小鍋米線(小辣)$35，我最喜歡它的湯底，因為辣得黎又會夠酸同香，而且仲會有麻痺感，配料有芽菜，吸哂湯汁，爽口又惹味，豬大腸鹵得非常入味，口感唔會太硬，淋淋地，好容易就咬開蒜泥白肉$38，依間做既蒜泥白肉，十分特別，出面其他米線鋪頭，我都未見過這種做法，就是用白肉將青瓜包住，食到青瓜既清新又同時食到皮薄肉嫩白肉，口感非常豐富
