To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道濃郁的米線店

今天經過觀塘馬姐麻辣燙，進入店内感覺非常狹窄，店子小小安放了约20餘張座位，但見很多人幫襯即管試試其食物質素，坐低後，見是劃紙型式的，有米線、河粉、红薯粉等選擇，再加餸每款5至10元不等，有云吞、牛展、牛丸、肥牛、鱼片頭、鸡亦等等，味道非常不錯，有小辣至大辣選擇，還有很多麻辣小食選擇，店内員工非常繁忙，因為除了堂食還接了很多外賣，，我們叫了2碗3餸粉，1碟麻辣牛展，大约等了十分鐘，2個人埋單约17o 元，唯一比較差是芫茜要另外加錢。
