To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

味道環境服務都唔錯既韓燒店

最近天氣開始轉涼最啱食韓燒暖下身子，咁就係旺角近近地揀左依間韓燒店，啱啱好唔需要等位就可以入坐。店內環境幾乾淨，兩人坐都唔會覺得逼，而且唔會太大煙，唔會薰到個人好辛苦。食物方面叫咗和牛拼盤同羊架。和牛拼盤有齊牛既唔同部位，可以試食哂各個部位既口感同味道，而且每部分食落好有牛味又唔會痴牙感覺好好羊架味道相對上就無牛咁出，但都好厚肉好足料。值得一讚係店員服務真係幾好佢見我唔係好剪得開d 羊架時，有店員主動問我同我女友需唔需要幫忙剪，而且仲會主動幫我地清理燒板非常好服務，成餐飯我地都食得好開心。埋單兩個人加埋大約670蚊。有和牛有羊而且服務態度好，依個價錢唔算貴，值得再去
