To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

踏入餐廳，我就已經聞到一陣陣嘅烤肉香氣撲鼻而來，熱辣辣嘅香草吉列牛嘅香味仲要流晒出唒外面。瞓身一試，嗱！啲牛肉厚切得啱啱好，外皮真係脆到爆炸💥，點啲沙律醬咀嚼之間肉汁四溢，啲牛味純正咁好勁，完全唔使搞咁多花巧嘅調味，本身嘅味就已經咁惹味！轉個彎，試埋隔離嘅豆腐芝麻醬沙律。呢個係我食過最輕盈嘅小菜之一啦！豆腐嘅口感滑溜溜，同啲芝麻醬拌埋一齊，味道適中得滯，既唔過鹹亦唔淡，啲芝麻嘅香味正喇！真心推介畀啲想食清淡嘅朋友。食食下，聽隔籬桌嘅街坊讚嘆，額外叫咗個豆腐芝麻醬沙律。仲要話呢個量又足又平，正呀～傾盤之間，好滿足咁畀左個掂👍嘅評價。揦緊肚，今次嚟真係過足嘴癮！下次再黎，要搞定埋其他嗰啲嘢。呢啲平民化嘅好味，又點可以錯過得到呢？🍽✨
