To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前都有見到呢間餐廳，好早已經想黎試下，想食得清清地，就入黎試下啦！叫左一碗什菌魚腐魚春卷河同一個鯇魚腩湯飯，一黎到試左啖湯，飲吾到魚既鮮味，冇乜驚喜，當中魚腐幾大粒，表面既腐皮好似生根咁，但有少許油益味，魚春卷吾錯，有三條算多！河粉麵量麵算足夠，不過不失！至於鯇魚腩湯飯就較一般啦，鯇魚腩算新鮮，但因為個鮮魚湯吾夠味，所以都覺得普普通通！另外跟餐加4蚊會有熱飲，加6蚊有凍飲，整體價錢都算合理。
