To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日想食清淡D就揀左呢間黎食叫左個招牌4寶米線包括有蝦卷, 魚腐, 魚蛋,墨魚丸同紫菜湯底值得一讚, 飲晒成碗都吾洗搵水飲蝦卷並吾係煎炸個種, 浸左落湯底到, 淋晒 一般魚腐吾係實的的個種, 較軟棉 好食魚蛋係白雪雪個種, 口感彈牙但無咩味 一般墨魚丸係當中最意想不到但出色既一款 外表黑色, 加左墨魚汁做, 質感較實, 亦都好有味米線可能因為浸住左個湯底, 比較淋身.Encore 指數: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ continue reading

疫情前食過一次招財四寶米線後,基本上個個月都會去食。其他蒸魚套餐也好好吃。 還有滾湯飯等等。疫情時,都會叫外賣回家吃, 還會打包回家給家人吃。 現在疫情過後個個出外不用戴口罩了,我就會到店裡吃, 始終新鮮熱辣辣出爐。 有時個個星期都想至少去吃一次。 continue reading

餐廳大約有35個位,麻雀雖小、五臟俱全,最愛佢哋的墨魚卷河,湯底是奶白魚湯,冇味精味,所以次次我都飲唔少。另外,現場有唔少人都食佢哋果啲鮮魚加河粉,因為平時lunch time 好難喺街食到魚、所以我見有好多人都會喺度食魚!除咗墨魚卷,我亦鐘意加$15食塊豬扒,新鮮炸好比你食,配埋甜酸醬,好好食嫁!不過,有時都試過醃得太鹹,搞到有啲硬,所以豬扒好唔好食,都是撞手神😝大家下次經過巴倫紐,記得去食下鮮魚湯!啲湯底堅唔鹹!唔是冇味,而是鮮味!食慣味精的人,先會話唔夠味!😆😆😆 continue reading

喺萬事時段,而家咁多人唔願意喺香港消費,仍然叫佢坐滿晒地方,實在好好奇佢煮嘅係乜嘢嘢食,因為今次係經朋友介紹過嚟食嘅睇一睇之後發現佢所有嘢食都係一啲住家菜!例如有緣條嘅魚啦跟魚湯系列亦都有好多配搭嘅選擇或者可以自由搭配基本上就好似返屋企食飯,再加多碗湯咁樣我叫嘅呢個酸菜魚魚湯湯飯酸菜唔會特別酸或者鹹,適合香港人口味! continue reading

琴晚食完覺得呢間餐廳既食物還可以今晚又黎,企係門口睇餐牌感覺麻麻地!但老闆娘不停力推b餐鴨腿湯飯我其實之前都中過招,唉....不過趕時間就唯有求其試多次啦!碗鴨腿湯飯黎到,其實我有d想嘔....先講鴨腿肉質未夠淋...用筷子做唔到骨肉分離...用牙咬,肉質有點硬....其次係所謂既羊肚菌,完全食唔到有味...成碗野有一塊午餐肉...完全唔夾碗野!呢碗野講真句,賣成77蚊,真係有d貴!係其他餐廳60蚊已經有找....食飯途中,老闆娘仲不停sell食客食鴨脾餐...又話羊肚菌配呢個湯真係一絕...sorry,我完全食唔到有咩分別.....感覺自己做左水魚....!另外叫左個 和風餃子....個皮真係炸得幾好...但入面全部豬肉!又冇肥肉 同 菜粒 38蚊5隻....7蚊一舊炸餃....質素完全唔掂無啦啦又食左百零蚊...食完完全唔滿足同唔飽肚...或許我真係對呢間野期望太高..哈哈 continue reading
