To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ☆ 𝘿𝙞𝙢 𝙎𝙪𝙢 𝙇𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙮金鐘金鐘道88號太古廣場1樓124號舖每個月都會去PP攪攪塊面,所以都會醫左肚先去,個日想食下點心就揀左呢間試下,歡迎大家話比我聽PP附近有d咩好野食(´▽`)✦ 海膽蟹肉春卷夠脆,食到蟹肉都有蟹肉味,不過無乜海膽味。✦ 黑椒和牛酥咁多樣野最好食係佢,又酥又脆,個餡又好食,好似食緊黑椒牛柳粒咁,好好味!✦ 黑松露蝦餃蝦肉爽口彈牙,黑松露好香,不過如果可以大粒d就更加正。✦ 香蔥黑毛豬腸粉腸粉皮又薄又滑,不過食唔出佢講嘅黑毛豬同叉燒有咩分別XD 好食嘅,不過無乜特別。✦ 薑葱龍蝦包聞落好似蒸魚個d味,而且有腥味,不過食落就無,本身個包嘅質感幾好,好軟熟,龍蝦肉都好彈牙,不過聞落陣味就真係不了。✦ 鮮莓果氣泡梳打簡單講就係梳打底加橙汁雜莓汁,呢d簡單得黎又好飲。
