To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天又一家三口 加個朋友，一早book訂 1月1日 2021年第一日假期 ，限聚令只可以食中午自助餐及分開了兩張枱，第一次食中午自助餐在這間酒店，通常只有食晚上，原來中午又無太多特別不同，只係感覺無了龍蝦 長腳蟹，經理及服務員 個個都手腳好快收碟 及有禮貌，味道當然不是款款好味 見人見智，义燒就一定硬，三文魚魚生 就淡味，燒鰻魚就 麻麻地，其餘鐵板燒可以 ，火雞好，烤羊架夠正，中式 海南雞可以 海南雞飯就好差，甜品一直開張到現在，原全不好味 😓
