入到這間餐廳，空氣中已經飄散著韓風味啲香氣，真係令人期待！頭盤喺象拔蚌，切得薄薄透透，質感一咬落去絲絲入扣，鮮美得來又帶點海水味，加上啲Caviar為口感增添層次， 搭啲韓式辣醬就絕配，攪拌得你唔想停口🥢。試埋啲季節性嘅海鮮，蘸上紫蘇油同陳年泡菜，隨便一蘸都好味到爆煲！特別係啲韓國海參同鮑魚，肉質滑溜溜，啖啖鮮甜🍤。但呢，魚同帶子啲清湯就偏咸了啲，有啲搶咗鮮味嘅show⚠️。不過，個海螯蝦就真係另類體驗，質感緊實有彈性，蝦肉同糯米飯、魚子醬拌埋一齊，開心到我差啲起舞💃。雞肉串配松露就有啲失望，雞肉唔夠味，可能絞得太細，食落無咁過癮。最後那碗韓牛里脊肉，簡直係夜晚嘅星星✨，肉質香嫩得不得了，味美肉香，而家講起都仲想念！雖然韓國豬肉香腸就一般，但加上帝王蟹肉拌飯，打得一份好手，又香又有嚼勁，真係滿足到哂！食完甜品奇異果冰糕，酸甜解膩，仲想再嚟一轉，食個過癮！🍧
