To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行咗一個朝早茶展,都仲未行完,所以個lunch就地解決就算!於是揀咗在會展入面的餐廳下午1:00左右仲以為會等位等到癲咗(因為今日有多個展覽同時開,包括好多人的美食博覽),點知在餐廳門口等咗兩分鐘就有位了!(我們一行四人)叫做寬闊,我們坐卡位餐牌都叫多選擇我叫咗叉燒米粉,特登要求要燶少少,雖然個侍應話未必做到,但係最後係有燶位,好滿意!叉燒夠滋味,有濃濃叉燒汁味,於是配上較清淡的米粉都唔覺得單調。上面有兩條菜心,煮得恰好對面係食燒腩仔飯,都好食。而另外兩位係叫叉燒蝦仁炒飯,好大碟,兩個女人都食唔晒而健康的我當然要叫郊外油菜啦($30),份量尚可,口感不錯,不會太硬或太軟,建議大家可以叫黎食飲品就叫咗熱話梅柑桔蜜,夠甜夠熱,不錯!

而健康的我當然要叫郊外油菜啦($30),份量尚可,口感不錯,不會太硬或太軟,建議大家可以叫黎食

飲品就叫咗熱話梅柑桔蜜,夠甜夠熱,不錯!
