三十多年前在北角返工,試過食當地一品香上海菜館的回煱肉客飯,便深深愛上這個飯餐,以一個相宜的價錢,有一碗湯兩碗白飯再加一碟七成肥膏三成廋肉濃油赤醬,正宗上海手法的烹調主食,真係令人食完後有滿足難忘感覺,可見斗轉星移近廿年到仍然號稱上海菜館的食店,柯打我這個至愛客飯,已吃回濃油赤醬的上海菜特色風味,而回煱肉亦變成七成廋肉三成肥肉來奉客,再加上白飯更由兩碗減為一碗,最近我在土瓜湾上海美食館柯打這個客飯餐時,更連個跟飯的湯都冇埋,由一杯豆將取替,令我完全没有食上海客飯套餐的感覺,雖然此店在此菜色上烹調手法,並不正宗,但仍算可口加上有足夠的調味醬料,我仍然可以接受此餐的味道,但我吾覺得我是食梗客飯囉。
