To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚book 左6點鐘一家大細去食自助餐，去到都唔洗點排隊就入左座。本身自己係會員卡卡主其實都本身有折。食到一半有人問我人數，俾我聽到隔離枱講咩一口價，到問我個時我多口問個服務員係咩一回事，個男仔好有耐性解答我係餐廳特別優惠，之後我話我係富豪會會員，佢就教我人數過6位就抵啲，會員卡半價，而家4位就65折有分草，佢仲幫我計埋條數用一口價會著數啲，問我介唔介意唔草分就可以用一口價。眼見間餐廳得5個人做，佢仲咁有耐性講解我聽我真係有啲唔好意思跟左佢意思去做。埋單298一位無加1真係底到爛。有長腳蟹，龍蝦，刺身，燒烤。放題都唔止呢個價。係見到有時加唔切食物不過我都諒解人手真係緊張。本身我都唔係點寫食評嘅人，但心血來潮睇下個OpenRice 見到有人唱衰內心忍唔住要平反。同場仲要見到有人雕難啲待應講咩點解優惠唔可以一齊用個心涼左一涼。希望佢地可以加油，繼續努力。
