To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咁嘅價錢一啲都唔值

好耐冇去食過。今天經過再去回味一下。發現好唔掂。首先啲伙記好唔客氣，在外面排隊已經好惡咁同你講野，好似審犯咁。食物質素方面真係差咗好多。食翻佢個常餐，個通粉啲湯好咸好糊，是煲了很久很久的後果，义燒好靱，食煎蛋，個蛋炒埋一舊，唔識煎。總括個餐都可以食嘅，不過唔值$47蚊啫。以前食佢因為佢的員工冇澳洲牛奶公司咁串，個常餐都不差太遠，點知而家真係以後唔駛去。不過對於一般過境自由行係冇問題既，因為唔知乜頭乜路，信咗啲宣傳去食，所以食客95%都係自由人。正呀！
