To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先我好少寫食評真係質數差我先會寫⋯我第一次黎食茶木以為有小小名氣質素很食物都有番咁上下，點知換黎失望1）入到去安排坐位，抬面竟然未抹抬要我叫人先識黎抹，扣分，果時仲唔算人多，6成入座率2）叫左個set ，前菜正常主食肉燥飯肉燥少得可憐唔至講，味道又一般，失望3）至於另一道菜雞肉味道正常，但雞肉肉質「孩」都不得了，非常失敗。最後杯野飲就似番樣埋單 90幾蚊非常不值特別係要收加一有服務？譚仔阿姐都好過你地，不會再幫襯。
