To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

不時會去食千兩，以環境，食物質素來講，呢間千兩係我地最愛，偶爾都會特登來食下。首先必定要先點一個壽司拼盤打底每一樣食材都好新鮮，份量都唔細，性價比幾高。（想瘋狂食壽司的時候，就點最貴360蚊個款，包滿足。）唔夠喉，試點下其他壽司。鮑魚壽司係季節限定。平時都係吃開鹽燒鱈魚，每次吃到整口魚油時都會覺得好幸福。不過今日想吃啲熱辣辣有湯汁嘅嘢，就點左牛肉豆腐鍋。湯底味道啱啱好，不過略嫌牛肉有點老。最後本身想用一個甜品收尾，不過可惜今日有少少失水準。個抹茶蛋糕未完全解凍，硬到好似磚頭咁
