To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和三五知己老友晚餐的美好時光

相約了一班多年老友出來飯聚，大家不約而同地選擇在灣仔飲茶Dinner。正當彼此考量了好久，未能作出地方決定之際。住在港島區的朋友提議位於大有商場3樓翡翠拉麵小籠包。於是我們一行六人一起前往。 剛到步。即有職員上前迎接，禮貌周到。隨即便可以入座。我們座下沒多久，就點選了HSBC 六人套餐，餐種項目選擇不算太多，但口味頗多元化，味道合適大夥兒。 最另我印象深刻的食品莫過於椒麻酸菜魚。份量充足，味道十足。麻得黎又不會太辣。辣程度適中。樓面同事非常熱情有禮，用餐體驗滿意，實屬難得，確實好耐沒試過咁多老友聚會，而用餐體驗會這麼良好。使我渡過一個愉快晚餐時間。 下次食飯我一定會再選擇灣仔大有商場翡翠拉麵餐廳。
