朕聽講中文大學有一間上海師傅主理既上海菜-和聲滬軒,小龍包由其出名,朕今日決定同埋兩個隨從一齊黎試一試。小食紅油抄手,伴左兩條生菜,唔係太辣,味道尚可。再黎乾扁四季豆,四季豆唔夠乾身,仲有好多水份,仲好飽滿,無左乾扁既原意。賽螃蟹,好滑,再加埋蟹籽在上面,不俗。荷葉飯,份量超大,荷香味濃,夠哂飽肚。最後主角小龍包出場,即叫即蒸,仲要皮薄餡足,一口咬落,肉汁噴出,差啲噴到我兩個隨從。小龍包,大讚!!!
