元朗b仔附近開咗好多間新嘢,今日經過呢間拉麵,見到裏面都幾多人喎。細細間舖頭 ,有拉麵有串燒有小食, 咁啱仲有位, 好啦,就入去試下啦~見到出面個牌,有唔同款嘅啤酒,飲品第二杯做半價優惠,下次可以同朋友黎happy hour下~我哋叫咗兩款拉麵同埋三個小食~先講拉麵先, 汁燒極上和牛拉麵,配芝士湯底 - 和牛好淋食落唔會有渣, 但又唔會覺得太油膩嘅感覺,芝士湯底濃得嚟唔會太杰,亦都唔會太滯,味道啱啱好~ 拉麵軟硬度適中 ~自家製叉燒拉麵 - 有五塊叉燒咁多,雖然薄薄地,但係係我見過咁多拉麵之中最多,大細適中份量都好夠。豬骨湯底味道幾好,都算幾濃, 淨食個麵都已經飽飽哋證明分量都好足夠。蛋能夠做到溫泉蛋效果,good!燒安格斯牛肉 - 牛肉軟熟多汁,食落唔un, 燒汁配合得唔錯 ,當然有和牛比就和牛正啲啦~ 燒帆立貝 - 一串有四粒, 配埋啲日式燒汁醬好惹味, 帶子食落幾爽口,唔會有腥味,應該幾新鮮,燒得岩岩好,唔會燶~ 燒鯖魚燒得非常好,上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,皮脆內軟又多汁, 呢個真係燒得好!

見到隔離枱食鵪鶉蛋,encore 咗一次,睇嚟好似幾好食,不過今次我哋已經食到好飽,唯有下次再試下啦
~
上菜速度快,服務都算幾好,因為本來我哋坐個冷氣風位,覺得好凍,跟住之後有吉位,服務員都主動問我哋轉唔轉位。
