和牛同拉麵,係較為特別嘅配搭,所以決定一試究竟。餐廳裝修充滿日本舊時期文化色彩。而家仲見到廚師整拉麵同火灸和牛live, 好治療。極牛拉麵以極濃嘅豬骨湯做湯底,而由麵嘅軟硬到配菜嘅多少,都可以自由選擇,俾顧客跟據自己嘅喜好而選擇。 糖心蛋半熟啱啱好,充滿蛋味。重點嘅和牛真係入口即溶,薄薄唔厚身, 油脂分佈均勻。白牛拉麵喺豬骨湯底再加上松露,別有一番風味。店員提醒我哋,如果配料揀得多,就要揀最濃嘅湯底,咁先食出個種鮮味。店員動作好快手,抵讚。如果呢度多少加多D小食會更佳。
