To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

OPPA喺旺角洗衣街已經開咗好多年 收工後同同事成日都嚟食🥩呢度嘅裝修好韓風 圓筒形嘅凳加鋁枱 點菜之後就會上韓式前菜同加泡菜爐邊蛋 感覺超地道🇰🇷我哋兩個人點咗一個牛氣沖天和牛拼盤 已經有8款唔同嘅牛部位🐂ꕥ 美國上肩胛肉 ꕥ 美國牛小排ꕥ 日本A4背峰肉ꕥ 日本A4上腦肉ꕥ 日本A4牛肉眼ꕥ 1++韓牛肉眼ꕥ 澳洲和牛頸脊ꕥ 澳洲和牛舌個人至鍾意嘅就係牛肉眼 日本A4嗰隻就油花充足 入口有溶化感 而1++韓牛就有好香牛味 兩種截然不同嘅感覺🤤牛小排油脂平均 肉質軟稔 牛頸脊肉汁多 較有嚼勁 一邊咬一邊有肉汁滲出 而另外少有嘅牛背峰 入口都好嫩又帶有油花香✨其實成個platter嘅肉我哋都好滿意 而且份量都好多 絕對食到飽飽🤰🏻
