To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我一個人去吃午餐，以為一個人應該很快就能有位，沒想到從到步餐廳到入座足足等了 30 分鐘 等咁耐原因係小店內只有 19 個座位，加上又是午餐時間，真係讓人無奈！既然已經等左咁耐，索性點個和牛漢堡燉牛肉汁蛋包飯（餐單上寫明需要等 15 分鐘）。我由下單到食物送黎時候，我已經幫佢計時，因為都驚超出15分鐘，始終要趕返工麻😅😅 幸運既係等了大約 10 分鐘就能開餐👏🏻👏🏻賣相相當唔錯丫，睇到蛋真係係好滑溜，和牛漢堡也很大份量😅😅 汁亦不少，足以淋滿所有既飯。當我第一口吃到蛋的時候，果然好吃，蛋真係非常滑，而和牛的味道也很唔差！ 一向對蛋包飯不是特別鐘意既我，呢次竟然要讚下佢地😄😄溫馨提示，小店不接受八達通，但可以用信用卡和現金付款！

賣相相當唔錯丫，睇到蛋真係係好滑溜，和牛漢堡也很大份量😅😅 汁亦不少，足以淋滿所有既飯。當我第一口吃到蛋的時候，果然好吃，蛋真係非常滑，而和牛的味道也很唔差！ 一向對蛋包飯不是特別鐘意既我，呢次竟然要讚下佢地😄😄
