在香港,各種唔同既燒肉都非常受港人喜愛,日式燒肉一定係第一名,識食既仲會食和牛添講緊既就係呢一間牛禪,喺銅鑼灣世貿中心呢度地點非常方便食大餐前食番個沙律先,呢一款蟹籽青蘋果絲沙律非常特別,就咁睇初初仲以為係青瓜絲添,食落口青蘋果甜甜酸酸既味道,加上佢個質地非常爽,絕對係比一般既青瓜絲好得多架叫左個小食都係本人最愛之一,椒鹽炸雞軟骨粒,細細粒好好食,而且炸得香脆金黃色,非常吸引赤鯥呢款刺身唔講得笑,師傅將佢既皮微微燻過,令魚皮質感同魚肉起左層次,食落口先香後滑,餘韻無窮,當然仲有磯煮鮑魚同埋深海池魚呢類比較受歡迎既刺身啦,估唔到食和牛既地方,刺身一樣做得出色,絕不馬虎海膽軍艦都係絕大多數人喜愛既食物之一主角來了,餐牌上可以睇到和牛既唔同部位,有次序食架,其實基本上都係由頭食到落腳,和牛基本上都唔洗燒得太熟,不過口味都係因人而異啦,半生熟應該係最香最嫩滑既除左和牛之外,燒雞翼係我鍾意食既,所以點都要食返件先牛油燒大蝦一樣咁掂,師傅巧妙地將蝦身切開,放入牛油粒,咁燒既時候牛油香氣就會慢慢滲晒入去蝦肉,非常之香呀

赤鯥呢款刺身唔講得笑,師傅將佢既皮微微燻過,令魚皮質感同魚肉起左層次,食落口先香後滑,餘韻無窮,

當然仲有磯煮鮑魚同埋深海池魚呢類比較受歡迎既刺身啦,估唔到食和牛既地方,刺身一樣做得出色,絕不馬虎
