Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尋晚一行十三人一齊去合時食本身諗住打邊爐,但係未有所以就叫左胡椒豬骨煲,當邊爐咁打好大煲既豬骨煲呀~~叫左牛肉,西洋菜,生菜,鵝腸,水餃,魷魚做配料~牛肉好好味,唔係出面賣開既肥牛,係真係新鮮既牛肉~~西洋菜都好好味~~十三個人..淨係呢D當然唔夠啦仲叫左6個菜: 糯米飯-招牌菜,熱烘烘好warm~千層咕嚕肉-咕嚕肉同配料既比例岩岩好,我最欣賞咕嚕肉一D骨都冇,又冇肥豬肉,口感好充實呢~~~D汁仲好開胃TIM~西檸雞-又係啖啖肉,汁唔會太酸,炸粉又唔厚,食過番尋味~蒜香骨-炸得好香口呀~~仲有魚香茄子,蚵仔煎都OK~埋單每人$60,好抵食呀~~~下次帶屋企人去食先~

牛肉好好味,唔係出面賣開既肥牛,係真係新鮮既牛肉~~

西洋菜都好好味~~
十三個人..淨係呢D當然唔夠啦
仲叫左6個菜:

千層咕嚕肉-咕嚕肉同配料既比例岩岩好,我最欣賞咕嚕肉一D骨都冇,又冇肥豬肉,口感好充實呢~~~D汁仲好開胃TIM~
西檸雞-又係啖啖肉,汁唔會太酸,炸粉又唔厚,食過番尋味~
蒜香骨-炸得好香口呀~~
仲有魚香茄子,蚵仔煎都OK~

埋單每人$60,好抵食呀~~~
下次帶屋企人去食先~
