To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無煮晚飯,買了兩個外賣share 食。一個焗豬飯同一個咖哩乳飼牛坑腩。焗豬飯豬扒幾大款,有肉,肉淋。個飯有炒底就好似無炒底咁,好在飯呈一粒粒,唔會淋pat pat。茄醬又唔夠多,只係剛剛好夠撈飯。茄醬中只有數粒菠蘿同蕃茄,料縮水呀!咖哩乳飼牛坑腩配飯,加多$1有薄餅。唔覺得同之前嘅咖哩飯有咩分別。咖哩汁奇少!完全唔夠撈飯。有兩舊大薯仔,阻晒d位,搞到無咩汁。咖哩味道不錯,香濃夠辣。但牛腩又是無什特別,唔覺得特叫淋。反而牛筋就超淋,淋到一pat pat,有點核突。
