To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今午去元朗紅水橋探朋友，午飯時間便在附近找食，門外看見這間餐廳內部裝修光鮮，便進去試試，隨便就找了個卡位坐下。店內坐位一半以卡位為主，店內環境整潔，大多坐滿食客，坐位也坐得舒適。午餐種類選擇多，價錢也可接受，先點個咖哩雞飯，例湯是紅蘿白霸王花煲豬骨，熱辣辣大大碗湯，湯料很足，飲了沒嗆喉。食物很快上枱，咖哩味很香，味道很好，香噴噴及辣味十足，份量很慷慨，還有薯仔燜得很稔，只是欠了小小椰汁味食物質素高，份量多價錢也比較高些吧～
